We like to get people involved with the church. The church norm is about 10% of folks get involved and the other 90% just fill the seats. At Stevenage we like to get 90% involved and 10% filling the seats.
So how do we involve people we encourage them to pray, help with preaching, and some lead. Others help set up the church, whilst others help with the tea, but what ever people do it is to be involved and be a part of the family.
