The phrase “Be Saved” is something lot of people will asked from what?
From ourselves, from extinction, from going to a lost eternity....
It is clear when we look around us how bad things are, violence, drugs, alcohol abuse, sexual deceases, and so on. We have to saved from our selves, left to our own devises we would soon destroy the world, our community and our lives. But God has a better way, a way of peace, a way of success, a way of joy.
So how do we attain all that is promised? All we have to do is confess that we are a person who lives our life for our own pleasure (which the Bible calls sin). Believe that Jesus is God and say sorry for they way have been. Then commit our lives to Him. Tell somebody you have made this commitment, start to read your bible (I would suggest Johns Gospel). Find a church that will encourage you to understand more of God.
